[Q] Why did someone overpay for my golden koi?

I had my deagle golden koi listed for $410 which was about $60 more than I bought it for, because I was still using it as a playskin and didn’t expect anyone to buy it. However for some reason someone did decide to buy it and I can’t figure out why. Especially considering that there was another deagle listed with the same craft and a lower float than mine which was considerably cheaper. I checked the guys profile and all he had was a cheap kukri so I’m assuming it was a mistake. Is there something I’m missing or did the buyer just slip up?

Apex pro lighting issue

I’ve had this apex pro for years now and for a while now I’ve had this issue. When I turn on my pc it defaults to this weird lighting preset where it’s all red and has a ripple lighting effect when I press a key. When I open the software it shows that my usual preset is selected though. Usually to fix it I have to select a different preset and then go back to my main one, and when that doesn’t work I have to unplug and replug it in. Any help?

Can’t verify ID

FaceIT requires me to complete the ID verification in order to play, however no matter what I do I cannot complete it. I have tried to do it with myself and multiple friends but I am always met with the same “unable to analyse your face” error. I know I shouldn’t try to verify with another persons ID but I don’t know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
