I ended up declining UT but already have an apartment. If you are interested, the place is The Nine on West Campus. Place is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and wooden flooring. I am in a 4 by 4 and it is 1019 a month plus any split utilities. You get your own bathroom and closet. It is a group of girls so you must be a girl unfortunately. The pool is very nice, impressive gym, free coffee bar and study area. Having a car is an extra 165 a month which is still better than most places. Maybe a 15-20 minute walk to campus so it is not too far. Please DM me or comment on this if you are at all interested. I can provide more details that way.

So I ended up declining my CAP admission and staying back at UTSA to do honors college engineering but I already had an apartment for the next year and unless I want to pay 7k I need to find a sublessee. I am staying at the nine on west campus and it is 1170 a month for a 4 by 4. The place just got renovated and comes furnished with wooden floors and a queen sized bed!! You get your own bathroom as well. The pool is very nice and the gym was also kind of impressive for an apartment gym. It is like a 15 minute walk to west campus. The other 3 roommates are girls so you do need to be a girl but pleaseeee let me know if you are interested at all.
