Build Quality

Is it safe to assume feedback regarding the Clicks Keyboard is a fair way to gauge what to expect from the Clicks Communicator?

I know we don’t have details about specifics on the Communicator build yet however I think the quality of previous product releases, customer support, etc. should be considered a reasonable way to gauge if the Communicator is the real deal or they’re hoping everyone’s all aboard the hype train.

“Companion phone” means it’s not intended for daily use, right?

Their videos constantly refer to the Clicks Communicator as a companion phone.

This worries me because it implies it’s not good enough to stand on its own and needs a primary phone for some function(s) I’m not aware of.

What am I missing?

If I’m not missing anything why call it a “companion phone” when it is fully capable of acting as the primary/sole device?

The constant harping of “companion phone” is making me second-guess the preorder. I don’t want to juggle two phones.
