I haven't heard of anyone else having this and am not sure Its a tic but I contracty pelvic region (the downstairs area to be specific)almost like doing a kegel . Its extremely uncomfortable and I can't stop doing it but it's not one of my usual tics.
Hey everyone I just started a new job and I'm 20 so up until now I was on my parents taxes . The job is paying $44,305 I opted to put $80away monthly to the 401k . Also.5% goes to a pension .as well as $20 dollars to something else .I have no idea how to calculate what my monthly check would look like . Were going to get paid once a month . I live in nc where the state income tax is 4.25%. without taxes it would be around $3592 and when I run it through a tax calculator is says I would be taking home $2919.64? Is this somewhat accurate
So I'm in nc . I downloaded the official nc lottery app last year and submitted all of my documents and they even made me get a fricking NOTARIZED document with my info on it . I sent it all in and waited and waited . I would call them every few months and they would say it takes a while .Eventually they started saying that they would expedite my account to see why it wasn't being approved . I was told that they can randomly decide they just don't want to approve you and it won't officially tell u they didn't approve you so it your account will just stay up saying it's waiting to be approved . I have called 3 times and they keep saying the same thing . Today I did the chat customer service and they told me that " unfortunately you won't ever be able to create an account "I asked why and they said that they don't have a explanation as the department that approved everything is who decides . I know it's not the customer service daily they're as clueless as to why as I am and they agree that I should've been approved . I'm wondering has anyone had trouble with their states lottery app??
I am applying for a correctional officer position with my local sherrifs office . They have a fitness test called the SOPAT(sherrifs office physical aptitude test) and you have to do pushups . I'm not super unfit but pushups are the one thing that's hard for me to do . So my question is how seriously do they take this ? Is there some leeway in the grading system or is do I strictly need to be able to pass all portions ? Was there anything in your fitness test that you couldn't do that well and still passed . They are short staffed and desperate in my county for correctional officers but I still think they will disqualify me for it . Have you known anyone that got disqualified for physical fitness reasons and why ? I'm thinking about not going to my scheduled test because I think this will disqualify me.
