What location specific ears are at other lodges?

I called this company to place an order and they told me I had to go through a funeral home. I explained the funeral home we used had a different jewelry company. They told me to find a funeral home that sells it. I found one and the owner told me I could place an order but then his office manager said absolutely not as I was not their client. I'm just trying to place an order. Can I order this jewelry from any of you please?
