Im an officer in PSU bank in hyderabad getting a decent salary of 1.2 lacs per month. I some how feel depressed seeing this world. If i try to be frugal and save money for purchase of house, every independent villa or house is above 2 crores. If i want to leave that saving thing and try to spend that, every other tourist place is heavily crowded. Evarra asalu meerantha 2 cr villa konedhi and enjoy kuda cheyanivvatledu to go outside for fun.

Any suggestions or pointers to good villa project towards west of hyderabad. Not very far ones like shankarpally or maheshwaram. Preferably near mokila or kollur.

I am a bank manager 37M at a major govt bank earnjng 1.5 lac per month. I already own an i20 2023 automatic. My daily running is 20 kms. i20 is a very low on mileage giving me roughly 8-10kmpl in traffic. As my running is totally in traffic. Suggest me a good Ev. Already booked punch emp in june, but delivery is expected for dussehra. My monthly petrol cost is coming around 10K. For the same cost , i can get an ev on emi with my staff car loan. Suggest me should i stretch a little and go for sierra ev/ BE 6 or settle for punch ev? One more query Will BYD disrupt indian market in 5 years and make our evs look redundant like xiaomi did to our micromax and lava?
