Messages from Discord and Instagram from my account in my absence

Guys today there were some promotional messages(media) made from my discord account and also from my sister's instagram account (which is linked to my email id) there was a story and a post was shared in the absence of mine. The password was never shared to anyone and also my phone was switched off at that time (i have my competitive exam tmrw so i have been keeping my phone switched off since last 2-3 months and accessing whatsapp and other neccesities from pc). I told my parents about this and they said that police will put charges on me is this true please help me guys...

A random story posted on my instagram without me knowing

i was away from my phone since the last three hours as i was in my class and the phone was at home and no one in my family can access my instagram as it is authenticated. The story was of elon musk and also the same was posted from my account someone please explain the reason and what should i do? I have never shared my password with anyone ever. The story which was posted is attached below
