Threatening successes and advantageous fails

Hi all!

Been playing the beginner mission of edge of the empire, we ended the first night at the interlude as we are all new to RPGs and are finishing it this week

We ended up getting a lot of successes with threat and fails with advantage. I as GM came up with a few things like 'threatening the shopkeeper failed but he might be susceptable to a lower price as he's weary' or 'the next roll by that character has a setback die as he is exhausted from the effort'

Anyone got any go to ideas that they have? Just could do with some inspiration!

My first ever Shundo

Think I'm quite lucky with this one 😁 probably played casually for 5 of the 10 years.

Now I've just got the slog of getting 400 candies again 😫

New starter. Advice before buying please 😊

I understand this post has probably been done a number of times! But I wanted some advice

So me and my two friends have played several star wars games - rebellion, armada, and lots of imperial assault. Never done any dungeons and dragons before but I think the star wars prg would be a great way to delve into RPGs

Looking at the beginner games. What set would people recommend?

And any advice before starting?

Thank you 😊

I've recently upgraded from the pixel 7 pro to the pixel 10

Generation upgrades aren't as big of a jump as what they used to be. I'm aware the camera and AI are better

But what main features do I need to make use of? Like the Add me feature for example

Thank you in advance ☺️
