Do any of you guys take meds for your incontinence/bedwetting?

I’ve been having some issues after a surgery I had months ago..was having severe bedwetting issues / some urgency problems.i started taking desmopressin and it helps a ton and I also take Solifenacin for the urgency issues which also helps a ton. But the desmopressin isn’t 100%. Is that normal? There are days where it doesn’t work but I would say it’s working 90% of the time. It’s really stressing me out cause I have some trips planned and was hoping I didn’t have to worry about whether the meds would work or not and it’s stressing me out..

Basically what’s your experience with bedwetting meds?

How do you deal with memory issues in the workplace?

One of the most frustrating symptoms I have with this condition is memory issues. My short term memory is very bad to the point where I’m very dependent on my notes. I started a new job at a top bank working with loans. It’s a lot of stuff thrown at me and the guides they have are so vague, they’re useless. My boss is anti-notes and won’t let me type directions when I’m learning something new. This leads to me being clueless on what to do. He gave me a bad mid year review after only 3 months of working with one of the things he said was “needs to stop depending on notes and start understanding concepts”. Today I was trying to run a macro in excel and it wasn’t working so I restarted my entire computer. All of my notes from the past 3 weeks are gone. The file was on autosave idk what happened. So now i’m curious how you guys handle short term memory at work. What do you do when you work with people who only give verbal instruction but get frustrated when you ask for written instruction? I was so excited about this job but now I’m feeling discouraged.
