Pessoal, preciso de ajuda. Já fazem 4 anos desde que eu comecei a me masturbar, começo apenas com masturbacão e invevitavelmente progredindo para o porno. Eu estou viciado, não consigo parar de jeito nenhum, o máximo de tempo que consegui ficar sem nada foi 9 dias, nada mais. O meu problema não é com gatilhos da Internet, nem nada do tipo, são pensamentos que acabam progredindo até virar a ação. Eu comecei a treinar e me tentar me aproximar de Deus mas nada me adianta. Eu quero muito me livrar disso, não aguento mais ser escravo do porno. Por favor, me deem alguma dica.
