Just turn 44 not to long ago. I have checked off multiple things of my bucket list this year. Going to see Santana in concert, museum's, my first Pride, finding and going to a queer club for the second time in 30 years. Finally losing enough weight to look and feel the way I needed to and last but not least 11 months of transitioning. I have a long way to go but every step has been meaningful and chocked full of surprises. My children, family and friends continue to love and support me as I am. My job excepts me for who I am and the best thing ever......people calling me ma'am🥰😍. Never cared or asked to be called that but it feels right. God slammed one horrible door shut and opened the double Venetian doors wide open for me. I am living the life I was supposed to, it wasn't a mistake, it was nothing to regret. Live and let live.

I went to my first ever Pride and had a blast. Felt amazing not trying to blend in, I was just myself. I couldn't ask for a better weekend☺️
