Any idea what this might be? Ringworm, shingles, staph?

Located on my forearm, this has been getting worse over a month. Dermatologist prescribed cortisone and antibiotic ointments 3 weeks ago. They didn’t work. Now it’s larger and redder. It itches really bad. Thank you! 🆘

Yoga Studio

I’m looking for Yoga studio recommendations. I like a practice that is new age-y. Not looking for an aggressive, mostly exercise-focused place. Love incision of meditation, chanting, sound baths and heated space. Thanks in advance!
