Im trying to get a neurology appointment but there are no doctors available at Penn not Jefferson. What the hell do people do when there's no doctors, travel out of state? Ive never experienced this before.

What can I do to make my voice sound more mature? Is this just not my genre? I do sometimes think my voice works better for songs that require me to hold a note for longer like piano driven music. In short, is there anything that can be done or is this just me?
