24 [M4F] Bangalore - Looking for a genuine connection that starts as friendship

I’m 24M, based in India, working as a software engineer. I’m not here for something rushed or superficial—I value building a real connection first and letting things grow naturally from there.

Personality-wise, I’m calm, consistent, and someone who invests deeply in people I care about. I prefer meaningful conversations over small talk, but I’m not intense or overwhelming—I just like honesty and clarity.

I’m into:

  • long conversations (late-night chats > random texting)

  • tech, problem-solving, and understanding how things work

  • simple things like walks, music, or just talking about life

What I’m looking for:

  • someone emotionally mature and self-aware

  • someone who communicates clearly (not hot/cold or confusing)

  • someone who values consistency over intensity

I’m not expecting anything forced—if we click, great. If not, no pressure.

I’d rather build something slow and real than fast and uncertain.

If this resonates, feel free to message.

Renting my first 1BHK in Bangalore — any concerns with this layout/flat?

Hey folks, this is my first time moving out of a PG and renting a flat on my own, so I’d really appreciate opinions from people with prior renting experience.

I’m considering this 1BHK and wanted to know:

Any red flags or concerns you noticed?

Any important questions I should ask the owner/broker before finalizing?

Any issues that only become obvious after actually living there for a few months?

Would especially appreciate feedback on:

layout/practicality

ventilation/light

open kitchen setup

furniture placement

anything Bangalore-rental specific that first timers usually miss

Thanks!
