Any pickup soccer in Jupiter? Looking for intermediate level / more casual. If you’re interested, happy to organize as well

Same as title, curious about that general area and why the units are so cheap but HOA is extremely high. I can think of concrete repairs, etc., but they must be really in distress with such high HOA fees when they aren’t a water front condominium

Visiting the area and only have seen mainly an older demographic. Moving to the area later this summer.

Hybrid schedule which is off of i95 in Palm Beach Gardens, what is the commute like from West Palm Beach or Lake Worth from 8am? Is it manageable? I consider anything under 25 minutes ok.

I’m moving to PBG for work and am looking at 2b2ba apartments and they all seem really expensive. $2800-$3200 range from what I’m seeing so far.
