In an ideal world children as young as 4/5 should start to have therapy around their own identity up to like 9/10 years old, with a very deep research, but not based on behaviour and stereotypes, this should be just little conclusions, the real ones should be based on physical atributes, if they score enough to get at some sorta level of transexuality, then give 1 year blockers, then HRT and fine, start puberty at 11 but the correct one, while those who scores on a more cissoid area just don't need it, while those who scored in the middle ground, depending on the side they could simply either go on blockers only or just nothing and keep with appointments, by that way would be easier to filter who would be really transexual and actually help even those who didn't have much signals to find out better, because our system is based on stereotypes, but if was more based on the real physical thing about sex would be easier to tell
