Starting the to quote - Manchester

Hi,

I hope the post is allowed.

I'm starting the journey to get quotes. I live I. The greater Manchester area. My idea is to get 5 / 7 quotes for solar and batteries.

Any recommendations of suppliers in the greater Manchester?

Any obvious do's and don't while asking for quotes.

Technically and commercially speaking?

I will likely get the 0% loan with my mortgage provider.

The house does not have the best orientation. Space for a maximum of four panels in south and ten or more in east side.

No EV as of yet. But I would consider it in future.

Thanks to whoever wants to give your tips!

Indicators are not showing up

Hi,

I have been using Trade 212 for more than a month now, but I never managed to make the indicators appear on the screen.

I select any of them and they do not come up.

MACD, moving average, any.

They have the star as selected, but nothing comes up.

I'm using it on my android phone.

Any tips? The Trade 212 support is not really helpful and the tips from Gemini have not helped.

For the moment I'm using webull to check the indicators and going back to Trade 212 to buy and sell. Not ideal..

Investing in Reits

Real estate investment trusts, Reits. Has anyone invested in them?

Would you rather be a landlord now or invest in Reits. Residential or commercial? Does anyone have an opinion on them?

Best route and place for a stop between Vienna and Kaprun

Traveling next week from Vienna to Kaprun. It's my first time in Austria. What would be the best route to stop for a couple of hours and go for a walk and lunch? A good typical restaurant and a place with beautiful nature would be ideal!

Would you start a ltd company now?

I have recently created a ltd company to buy houses to be let.

The plan is to slowly buy more houses to have an income when I retire. With the new renters right act and the surge of interest rate at the moment, would you consider using your savings to become a landlord?

I am considering if I should invest the money I have in something else or keep with the idea of buying houses.
