Client asking for refund even after we hit the guaranteed milestone

We delivered media buying service to this client on a performance guarantee basis of leads(qualified). Qualified means they know the service cost and match the exact requirements. We promised 10 in 30 days and delivered 20+.

Now she didn't get a paying customer and is asking for a refund. Our contract says no refunds issued if terminated early.(She terminated in month 2)

We have been asking for content from her since 5 days into the engagement and she gave us a total of 2 videos in over 50 days which directly resulted in over running creatives. We sent her weekly reports, asked for creative multiple times.

The only mistake I did was that I sent her a contract which she was supposed to sign and send back. But she never did and we just started working.

She paid us around $1200 for two months basically. I am assuming she'll try to sue us. We are a small team and started recently. If I had the cash I would've refunded it but I am not sure what to do next.

At what budget per month does having a agency makes sense

So I am a Immigration attorney based in Canada starting Google ads at a modest budget of around $1500 per month looking to get paid consultation for my services(LMIA or Spousal)

I have taken some course on Google ads and know the basics. My biggest concern is hiring an agency for this budget makes the whole process extremely expensive for me and the ROI won't even makes sense for a while.

I have had agencies tell me that it requires daily work and possibly upto 10-12 hours per week of management in my budget but I find extremely unbelievable.

What's the point where I can retain a agency and what should I do until I don't have that resources.

How to decide on a budget for a Google Ads campaign.

So, if an immigration attorney (Canada) wants to acquire around 7-15 clients every month for spousal sponsorship, what should be a good enough starting budget per month inlcuding agency fees and ad spend?

The prospects first have to book a paid consultation ($170), and then they become a client. I charge around $1700 for the service.

For an immigration firm looking to generate paid consultations, what makes more sense, LSA or Search ads

If an Immigration attorney based in Canada wants to generate paid consultations for one of their services, such as spousal sponsorship, what makes sense: LSA or search ads? The key part is that they are occupied and only want to deal with serious prospects and not people looking for just information.

With the search ads, we can clearly mention the details, such as it's a paid consultation, but LSA ads have been said to be more beneficial.

Is google ads a good medium to get paid consultations for my business?

So I am a Immigration attorney based in Ontario (not a lawyer). I am looking to get spousal sponsorship case which I charge $2000. My first aim is to get paid consultations which cost around $170.

I have a budget of $1200 per month and I want to test it for atleast 2-3 months. How much can I recover from month 1 or should I not do it at all due to my low budget

A freelancer has quoted me $150 for setup(including conversion and call rail) and $400 for a month management

How to get clients when the average ad spend to show results is high

Hi, we work with Immigration firms generate paid consultations and clients, we are based in Canada. The issue I face is that our retainers are actually quite low, around $850 for a month. The minimum ad spend is around $1000-1200. We only charge a setup fee of $1000 for landing page and account creation and retainer is after 30 days

However every client that we get somehow believes its too expensive to try, we have previous client results but it's hard as the whole industry works on word of mouth basis. The clients that we do get always come because of a money back guarantee but I feel doing this everytime is risky as there are few elements outside of our control.

We are already doing email + cold outreach

Insanely high CPM in month two

So I am running ads for my Immigration firm and I am currently in month two, however the CPM is not dropping below $40.

I am running ads in a space where there isn't much competition so I am unaware of what's causing this. I am running a broad campaign CBO with one ad set and two videos. The CTR is above 1.5% as well. Targeting is set to BROAD as the creatives does the call out.

Any reason why this might be happening

Is $400 a good management fee for a campaign with $1000 budget?

I am looking to hire a freelancer from upwork for managing my ad campaign, while I learn. I am a Immigration attorney and he has quoted me $150 for setup including adcopy keywords and conversion tracking and $400 for management for a month

I am a Immigration attorney based in Canada, looking to get paid consultations for my services($250)

The only thing that I am confused is whether he can get paid consultations and if he can how many.

So I am an immigration attorney based in Canada running ads in the US for spousal sponsorship. I need individuals who are either married to a Canadian citizen or a PR. I have completed my first month of ads, and I spent around $750 and got qualified leads, but no paid consultations.

The issue is I am targeting the US as a whole, and I am unsure whether I should cut down my targeting locations or should I do some other form of testing. My monthly budget is $1000, but I need paid consultations.

What do you recommend

So in my previous post, I got a lot of insights about the agency. I wanted to understand if I run my own Google Ads using a decent agency with a good track record, and running my own ads(If i learn the whole thing), how much would the ROI fluctuate between both of us, and what would be the estimated ROI?

I am looking to get paid consultations ($200) and then convert them into full-time cases worth $5000+.

So I have an immigration firm in Hamilton, Canada, and an agency approached me and said they would help me get paid for consultations ($200 each). They plan to run ads on one specific service of mine (LMIA), which I charge around $5,000+ for.

They assume that with a landing page, they would be able to generate me somewhere between 2-4 paid consultations in a month, and with my closing rate of 80%, I should recover my cost

This sounds too good to be true, but what do you think?

This particular client wants to do a Google lead gen campaign for their business (immigration attorney), but they don't know what to target. We gave them a few suggestions, but they are not sure about it, apparently.

Their budget is around $1500 CAD per month, and they are confused between targeting Canada, or only Ontario or even just Toronto. What would you guys suggest? The main aim is to get paid consultations ($200 for 1 hour)
