Hello guys, here is an update about yesterdays post.

So I went back home from the swimming pool (I go swimming after the office) and in my garden I smoked one last doobie full of already vaporised weed (as I stopped buying new buds).

And then I went upstairs, took all my weed stuff and trashed it all in the bin: the vaporiser (an old X Max Pro) two metal grinders and all the sacks of forgotten weed that was still there for a while (it was so old I wouldnt give to anyone). To be sure: I put all that in the outside bin. No going back possible.

May the force be with me and as a swimmer I think I am going back more often to put in there all my energy so I would be tired a lot back home.

My wife is anxious because during my T breaks I wasnt really into sex but I hope it is temporary and we're going to do love again like in the first days (so may sex become my other drug with swimming and biking lol).

Voila, it is time to end 17 years of daily usage of weed. 3 years ago I quitted tobacco. Life improves.

Maybe am I a mean person in essence ?

I have an appointment with a psychiatrist on August but I feel like when I am not under weed influence I am more stressed out and nervous and mean to people who I even love like my future wife or appreciate like family friends or colleagues.

I still smoke some weed after I come back home and I go mostly everyday swimming where I put all my energy.

I am also someone who cleans often my apartment, I tend to be angry to my fiancée when stuff are not well organize. If my appartment is not clean each week I feel nervousness when I see some dust on my vinyl player case.

Gosh I wish I could be normal...

Il y a quelques années mon voisin du bas (nous ne sommes que 2 dans le batiment) faisait appel à une femme de ménage et elle faisait ses escaliers du hall jusqu'à son palier.

Moi dans le bail il est convenu que je fasse ensuite de mon escalier à partir de son palier jusqu'au mien.

Mais depuis quelques années mon ex copine l'aidait beaucoup et il a pris l'habitude de la laisser faire ses escaliers et donc il n'a plus fait appel à sa femme de ménage.

Sauf que depuis quelques années mon ex est partie et depuis ses escaliers sont pleins de poussieres et cendres de cigarettes.

J'ai prévenu mon proprio il y a 6 mois et encore maintenant et il me dit à chaque fois que "le voisin du bas m'a promis qu'il fera ses escaliers, laissons lui le temps, sinon je prendrais des mesures" mais c'est toujours du vent informel via Whatsapp.

Ça pue, quand je passe ma manne de linge (les machines sont dans mo. garage) ça traine dans ses crasses sur les marches de ses escaliers car parfois je la dépose pour avoir plus facile et me reprendre pour remonter 2 étages avec...

Il y a un an je lui avais aussi envoyé un recommandé avec accusé de réception car il a jeté des bois de son jardin vers mon jardin sans me demander mon autorisation et encore comme un pigeon je les ai jeté au parc a conteneur...

J'en ai marre que mon voisin du bas me prenne pour son boy et mon proprio qui bouge pas. Le disque de pisse n'est pas une option car y a que lui et moi dans l'immeuble. Des avis, conseils?

Passed the weekend with a good friend of mine and with my girlfriend we had a pizza and some Mortal Kombat party.

Just before that party my plug delivered 25 grams of some good cali weed, well trimmed, well potent...

I vaporized and also the next day during my appartment cleanup and vaporised again before sleeping at night.

Then I bought the android app "Quit weed" for 15 bucks and I said fuck it... Let's quit weed for a while and get motivated with this app (it is like Smoke Free which I also used to quit tobacco 3 years ago).

The hardest is always after lunch but I have to just not use weed anymore.

Just dont use weed. It is simple as that, you can win by doing nothing.

I have a lot of old CRT screens and old consoles to play on, maybe that will kill the time easier.

What's your best advice for cravings and mostly after lunch ?
