All hail the crimson king!
Field service engineer here, checking and flying with this 1510 every single week. The 1.75-inch lid depth is kicking my ass because my thick tool pallets keep smashing into the gear in the bottom tub, making it a total fight to get the case latched shut. Weight isn't an issue, but I need to completely rethink my storage layout to save space and get clean clearance. How are you guys maximizing space in this rig, and should I just ditch the lid organizing pallets entirely to focus on tiering out the bottom tub? Give me some ideas.
Just grabbed this Bugout 535FE-05. S30V steel. Its very lightweight and slim. The colors pop, and the box is pretty nice as well.
