How to put in a tampon

I've never used a tampon. I was going to go swimming with a friend in like 2 days and so I thought maybe to try. I've only tried one other time and I just can't do it. I can't get the applicator inside and like... It just won't go in. And my mom showed me how to but I just can't do it. I don't think I'm relaxed enough.

And I'm trying right now yk but I couldn't get it, again, and now I'm just sitting here sobbing on the toilet because I'm like emotional and I can't get this tampon in and idk what to do...

Idk how to get it in there, I like can't relax enough, and I'm anxious because I've never put anything up there and yeah idk what to do.

And I know if like, I don't feel comfortable with it, I probably shouldn't do it, but I like WANT to try but I can't get it...idek I just don't know what to do about it. I just can't get it inside.

Befriending the Crows - kinda an update

Okayy I fed the crows some peanuts two days ago for the first time, and It stormed yesterday so I didn't do yesterday, and now I will do it today.

I went out to check if they ate them, and the majority of them were eaten so that's good!

And this is kind of a really stupid question but would anyone have any idea how to know whether a crow or. Squirrel ate a peanut? Like I know it's really dumb but I also don't want to just be feeding squirrels 🥹

And actually right before I started typing this, three crows came over to my side of the street (which I feel like they usually stay on the other side) and flew over my yard so I told them I will get more peanuts, but yeah I thought it was cool they flew over while I was outside :)

Anyway I think it is going well considering I've only fed them once.

Befriending the Crows

I really want to befriend some crows but I have absolutely zero idea where to start or where to find a crow tbh.

There is a lot of crows around, but they stay high up in the pine trees and don't come down, and stay away from humans.

My plan was to leave out some treats and trinkets, a sort of offering to them yk. To be my friend. 😭 In a fancy bowl outside my window.

Would that work? And if it would, what should I give them?

Please and thank you 🩷

edit: Or any other advice for befriending crows in general, thanks 😁

Beginner Shadowbook

I got into witchcraft and practice a while ago, but I haven't advanced very far other than learning and having a money bowl...I do more intention work rather than physical stuff but anyway.

I am pretty young, and before I start doing anything serious, I really really want a shadowbook, I just want everything down. And I want to make it myself.

This feels kind of silly to ask for now, but I just want to know some of the most common, most used things people use in spells, that's all.

I have a list of all of the things and I'm going to have like them and their meaning and purpose on each page ykwim, basically, anyway yeah so it would be super helpful to get some more material on my list! It would be very helpful :)

I hope that makes sense. Thank you!
