I’m running trail Appalachian in August!
Does anyone have any training tips for a decently fit male who’s in their mid twenties!? I bike a lot so my cardio is decent. I played some ultimate frisbee for like 2.5 hours the other day and felt solid. Woke up sore, but that could have been a combination of the ground bee I stepped on and getting bodied by that Amazonian woman.
Can someone drop a training regimen leading up to this race in a month? I need to lock in b4 I make a fool of myself…
