currently either I'm applying new CC with 0% or doing a balance transfer to get some time to pay for it. I have HELOC on my primary with $50K credit line, but interest is around 7%.

I dropped my 2024 Corolla to the dealer today which has 28500 miles on it, and asked for 30K miles factory maintenance, and shocked to see three option, from $450 to $850 price range.
Well, I let it go this time for basic, as this is my first time after the Toyota Care expired.
Question is this really necessary? I do oil change, filters change and other basic checks by myself on other cars.
How often should I do factory maintenance check? Also is it recommended to use Toyota's Synthetic oil? and after 5K?

I'm located in NoVA and interested in solar panel installation, a company gave me three option after analyzing my current kWh $0.167, current bill is increasing ~10% every year
Buy at ~21K pay back around 11 years
Lease for 25 years at ~70$/month but increase 2.9% every year kWh $0.088
Lease for 25 years at ~100$/month but no increase
Lease is transferable if I sell the house, option to buy at the end of lease.
Which one is better option? and what else should I consider
