PS5 controller makes clicking noises when using the touch pad

Trying to apply 3D custom boxes, I put the images in the same folder as the game, renamed it to Granturismo6.png. it will look fine in the website app, but on the XMB and S Launch Menu it cannot display
Any advice is appreciated

Hello. My account got hacked and the hackers activated 2Fa, so im unable to get my account back
I contacted support a week ago, they said they would look into it, and it seems they ghosted me
Since then, the hacker has been messaging all my friends about some mr beats scam. it's really frustrating because I cannot go on my account to tell them it's a lie. some of them have contacted me saying they almost sent money to this scam
Would really like some support on this. Thanks!
