My game used to forever load and then I freed up space in my phone and now my account has just been reset like it’s the same login information but all of my things that I had are gone and it just took me back to the tutorial.
I play on mobile and whenever I try to play a game, it just forever loads on the title screen. It’s not a black screen. I’ve tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing has worked. I cannot clear the cache because when I press the menu button, it also forever loads. I don’t know if it’s because I don’t have enough storage. I currently have 23 GB free. Is that the reason why?

I took a break from the game, but now I’m coming back to it on my phone when I open it it just loads forever. I’ve given it like 30 minutes and it hasn’t stopped. I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting my phone, but nothing is worked.
I’m new to TSB and I’m trying to like learn combos and I’m on Xbox and lock on works perfectly fine in game but whenever I go to a custom server to test characters out it doesn’t work.
The quest is called proximate workday, and I can’t do it because I’m stuck in it because I thought it was gonna be easy so I only brought two characters cause I wanted to just challenge myself and now I can’t do it and it’s not letting me change your characters and the unstocked button doesn’t work getting out of the game doesn’t work. It saves my progress my leave so I can’t just leave and then change.
I got it to level three and now it says that as the video store business gets better and better HEDDY seems to have something on her mind but when I go there, HEDDY is not there I go to the exact point and she isn’t anywhere near there.
