When people realize all 3 of these 'titles' are just definitive narrator/databook statements spread across like 100 sources and not 'hearsay' is when people reach clarity.

Is it just me or does the speed buff Choso gets from this seem inconsistent? Like him and yuji are pretty relative before and after he pops FRSS but he goes from getting blitzed by naoya to keeping up with a more serious version

Read through the manga twice, no extra info though, this is what I got from it.
Also not all the tier gaps are all that huge, some characters being in the same tier does not imply they are relative, hence nanami and nobara being right next to each other lol.
