Help peers improve work performance as a team

Hello! Any tips or ideas to share how to help their peers improve their work performance? I work as a Sr. Operations and may 6 ako ksama sa team na mga coordinators, then we have 2 bosses 1 for night and 1 for day shift.
So mdalas ako makaencounter ng mistakes sa work and I always end up fixing it. For example, ako un opening shift sa office lagi so I run reports then if I have to fix errors it takes up some of my time. Some issues were already brought up to my managers and they advised certain employees that does that. But i'm thinking how to help them so they can improve work performance since we work as a team. I'm thinking of suggesting doing a little refresher sa everyday meeting nmin or like short pop quiz for them where they can talk about it so our everyday short team meeting can be interactive. One other thing is offer to do 1on1 sa peer na need clarification or need more refresher in some tasks. Any tried and tested tips who had the same problem as me? Appreciate any insights, also 9 months pa lng ako kakapromote sa new position ko so i'm still learning hehe.

Do my bosses think I micromanage my colleagues?

I work as a Sr. Operations and i work with 6 coordinators then I have 2 bosses. Most of the time I caught and fix lot of mistakes at work by myself but if it's a big one I tell my bosses. I like to double check some of their reports or work sometimes before it gets to the company that we're sending. I do it for my peace of mind and for myself I always want to make sure it's organized or correct. Sometimes I think am I doing too much or am i overthinking it? Do you think my bosses or colleagues thinks I micromanage? My bosses haven't said anything like that they say good things but sometimes I want to know what they think. I feel I may be overdoing some stuff, or maybe it's just me that thinks that.

I don't know kung gano pa ko tatagal sa current position ko. I'm a senior in our team and I work with 6 other workers. Don't get me wrong I love my job and pay is decent and I feel like I do a good job in my role and I'm grateful to have gotten the promotion since last year. But the endless fixing of mistakes and picking up slacks from my other coworker is too much for me, it feels like baby sitting. Lalo ngayon 2 weeks nka leave un isa direct manager ko na I really trust. So I don't have anyone else to tell all the problems that's been going on in our team and I've just been documenting it and copying her in emails lately so she can see it also. You got these coworkers na lazy, someone who likes to complain, and etc. I guess i've just been good with adapting to different personalities. But it's tiring, I actually have 2 managers but yun isa is I don't feel her presence much and whenever I bring something up work related she doesn't always address it I always have to send it in email. Like do something about it this is your job as a manager. Anybody else na similar position or someone that works with several people on their team?

I've been looking for other jobs as well but I don't want to just make a rush decision to just leave since this company offers good benefits and decent pay.
