GTA6 the digital only game has a thriving scalping market.

I'm new to playing DBD so I'm not too familiar with all the nicknames people within the community call things. Anyway I was playing Doctor on some desert graveyard map and managed to sacrifice everyone. After the match I was able to see two of the survivors were prestige 100. One of the 100s left a message in the after match chat saying "Stop playing against IB shit's boring". What's IB? Does it mean anything or is the player just seething and malding?
