I have an older ADT system (approx 15 years old). Other than the main key pad and the plug-in transformer, is there most always a back up battery most likely in the attic?

Cable company finds 70 voltage on coax cable line from house going outside, and in the attic, and also several outlets. Electrician said he doesn’t find anything on panel. I’ve had a television fry and a washing machine go out. Vibration in slab. Constant hissing noise even when main power is out.

Having a constant high pitch hissing noise, fried television, pressure in home, vibration on slab, and voltage on Coax Cable.
