Does she really like being picked up? Or does she just tolerate it. Does she really like being pet? Or does she just tolerate it. Does she really like going on walks? Or does she just tolerate it. Is she really okay when I touch her paws? Or is she tolerating it. Does she like ME? Or is she just tolerating ME?
She’s never bit or scratched me or hissed at me, which take pride in, but at the same time it’s so hard to tell when she wants to be left alone. I sometimes wish she was more strict with me so I would know if I was bothering her!
Not looking for reassurance, just wondering if anyone else feels the same way with their baby. I don’t know if it’s this way with every ragdoll, or if I got a particularly pure one. But she’s really an angel on earth.
She’s only 5 months old so idk if she’ll outgrow it. Let me know if yours did!
How are yalls experience with VBSPCA?
Moving into a new apartment complex and they want spay records, and my cat IS spayed, but I no longer have the documentation… I’ve tried to contact my old vet but their office closed. I’m desperate at this point. Inbox is open
I think I underreacted, personally
Is she just getting startled? Is she trying to initiate play?
This happens when she has more energy, she doesn’t usually get startled when I turn a corner or open a door.
Breeder recently shared with me some earlier photos taken of my baby, so I thought I would share for anyone looking to see how ragdolls develop and change!
Her name is Ella, she’s a blue point mitted lynx.
I know it’s subjective but I want to hear opinions. Im looking for an answer more than “wet food”
(4 months old Ragdoll) (harness is hidden in her fur but it’s there, more visible in later slides)
I forgot to specify but I prefer nutritionally complete
Hey guys! I’m new to raw feeding and am interested in starting. I just want to be safe with my money. What raw cat food would you recommend?
(4 MO Ragdoll)
Hi friends, I have a 4 MO ragdoll. I want to start feeding her raw to support her growth and improve her health, but I just don’t know how long I can sustain it with my budget. If I feed half raw half wet, will she still receive the benefits? Thanks.
Any cost saving measures would be appreciated too
TLDR: more drawn to 1’s appearance, but I like the very limited information I have of 2s temperament. But temperaments are so subject to change. And 2 is less developed than 1.
Seal point bicolor males
Date of birth: April 24th
I’m not picking them up till July 12th
(DISCLAIMER: the cons I listed are completely superficial and I would be lucky to have either, they’re both adorable. Some things, like “hyper temperament”, aren’t even a con to a lot of people)
KITTY 1)
facts:
• a little more brave and curious
• likes the explore more
what i like:
• even coat length
• fluffy
• sweet expression
but….
•more hyper temperament
•bicolor pattern slightly asymmetrical and goes under eyes. I don’t want an eyebag look
KITTY 2)
facts:
• developing slower than kitty 1
• “Very cuddly”
what I like:
• the cuddly temperament! All I want is a cuddly cat.
•
but….
• more unique look
• looks less fluffy, but could be due to developing slower.
Hey guys,
I have a 3 MO ragdoll. No health conditions. Shes not microchipped yet, she’s not yet spayed (only because she doesn’t fit her weight requirement yet, I AM going to spay her as soon as I can dw) and as of today, she’s due for her second booster shot 🤕
Im not well off financially, but I know for sure I want to get pet insurance (assuming that’s the best thing to do). I don’t wanna be in a situation where my baby is having a health problem and I throw it off because “err I just don’t have the money right now.”
What are the differences between different health insurances? Shouldn’t there just be one that works pretty well for most cats?
Also! I’m getting a second kitten in July, so the cost will double!
If it matters, I live in Virginia.
To elaborate… I’m afraid if I wait too long, she’ll become territorial and used to being alone. Also, I want to do it sooner rather than later because she it’s easier for younger kittens to bond. The person who I got Eloise from said I can get another one around the second week of July…. She’ll be a little over 5 months. That’s not super old, but I can tell she wants a play mate NOW. She still in her developmental years.
I’d heard it was best to get kittens in pairs, but I thought “surely that doesn’t apply to me! I work from home and can play with her whenever she wants!”
…hindsight is 20/20. What I failed to consider, however, was that sometimes I’m too tired to play! 😭
I admit I was wrong, so now I’m just trying to do whatever’s best for her.
(She was born February 2nd, and I got her April 24th. So I’ve had her for 2 weeks.)
It’s insanely cool how the expressions are still tracked to match. I felt this way about mummy venture but to a lesser extent because that’s more of a mask.
I hope we get more skins like this in the future.
