Please tell what could help waking up in the morning

I have the exact same problem (as I presume) a lot of you have on here. And I am desperately looking for ways to solve this problem.

What worked best for me up until now is forcing myself to take a walk in the morning (I built an app for this) ... but I still have issues actually wanting to pull through with it a lot of times.

I keep trying to come up with something that forces you to get up, but NOT in a stressful way. If any of you have ideas PLEASE let me know. I am willing to build and to share what I built. I just want to have a normal schedule so my gf and I dont live past each other 🫠

What is missing from Android alarm apps?

What would make an alarm genuinely better for heavy sleepers?

I am currently exploring walking and vocabulary challenges, collectibles, scores, and friend comparisons. What would you add or remove?

[DEV] What’s still missing from alarm apps for heavy sleepers / tiered mornings?

If you’ve tried a challenge-based alarm, what worked, what made you stop using it, and what do you wish it had?

Would walking challenges, personal vocabulary, collectibles, or competing with friends help, or is something else missing?

This feedback will shape Ember before launch: https://emberalarm.com

looking forward to what you guys have to say!
