This is the 5th apartment in the last 9 years. Literally every apartment, I end up filing complaint after the otherabout noise. The thing is, I still don't think I'm making this up in my mind, but it always looks like I'm the only one complaining. Just heard about EMDR; could it help me? Or what do you recommend?
