Hi, I recently purchased a Flydigi APEX 4 Wireless Controller Honkai: Star Rail Firefly Limited Edition.

I’m having an issue with the controller immediately shutting off after a few seconds of turning it on. I plugged it in using the charging cable to an ANKER charging block and it showed on the display that it was charging (red to full repeatedly and then turning off). I wake up the next morning and check items battery level and it’s remained the same.

Another thing to note is that my controller won’t turn on at all without being plugged in.

Is my product defective?

Hi, I just received and unboxed the Flydigi APEX 4 Wireless Controller Honkai: Star Rail Firefly Limited Edition. I'm having trouble trying to pair it to my phone among other issues. I'd appreciate any help from those own this controller. It seems it cannot turn unless plugged in (not sure if it's because the battery is too low for it to turn on by itself).

Once I toggle the switch on the back of the controller from OFF to ON and then press the HOME button on the front of the controller, the controller turns on and briefly shows FIREFLY AR-26710 before displaying text showing "XInput" and a small icon above indicating pairing mode (plugs connecting). However, when I go to my bluetooth settings on my iOS device, I don't see it listed as a device available to pair to.

Is there something I'm not doing properly according to the instructions? I continuously press the HOME button on the front of the controller, but the menu screen does not show up like it's supposed to where it shows a screen afterwards with the option to configure the controller mode and button settings. Instead, it shows some indicators in the top right about its battery level and other statuses.

Also, is this controller compatible with the Brook Wingman P5? I was hoping to use this controller with my PS5 wirelessly.
