2 Months Post-TMS - No sense of feeling better

I’m 2ish months post TMS (36 days) and I honestly
Feel no different than when I started. My psych said I could feel changes around this time if not earlier. I honestly don’t know what to expect now since that the window is closing. What’s everyone else’s experiences?

Start/Stop service unavailable six months after changing batteries

I replaced the main and aux batteries in December when I first got the start/stop unavailable indicator came on. Since then it’s been fine but this morning it came on again and the van just died. When I turned it back on the light stayed on. Anyone have this issue before?

Fix front face of cabinet that fell off

Wife opened the cabinet door and kinda leaned on the door and front face of the cabinet popped off. The vertical side next to the dishwasher had a tongue face and the front frame of cabinet as a groove so it all should pop back together with some glue and a few brad nails right? Well further inspections I see the side piece is curved or wrapped so popping it in won’t work. Wonder what I can do? I’ll post pics here Pictures here

24/7 Rumination about work

Hello all,

I was hoping to get some tips & stratagies for dealing with around the clock rumination about work.
Quick backstory: I (male mid-30s) have had anxiety and depression for much of my life. I work in the construction design industry so work is at times stressful and anxiety inducing due to conflict, schedules, clients, etc. Nothing that is earth shattering to people on the trades, but I absolutely love what I do and I’m grateful I earn money from doing what I love. What I don’t love is the negative side effects from this occupation. Constant sense of urgency, fucking up one thing and zeroing in on that rather than looking at what I did well or excelled at.

I think about work 24/7. With family, friends, playing with my child, watching tv, having work dreams, etc. this has caused burnout and switching companies which I think would help but never does. I can’t imagine not doing what I do for work but understand it’s a drag on my daily mood. I always get great performance reviews, bonuses, salary increases but money doesn’t make me feel any better

What I’ve already done from the pas to present:
- tried many therapists that specialize in all my issues but none stuck.
-I can’t meditate since my mind is racing all the time.
-I have a psychiatrist who helps me with meds to reduce these symptoms. None have actually done anything, even finished TMS recently
-switch jobs

Just seeing if anyone else maybe more so in the engineering or construction industry can lend advice.
