I have wanted to make a custom Hwei for riftbound since january, but i have never had a good idea for how he should work, until i played Cross Blitz. In Cross Blitz there is a cooking mechanic where you combine different types of food together to create different spells.

I considered making Eye of the Storm 5/2 in cost, and i think i would have made it 5/2 if it was you may move every unit.

I considered putting clarifying text on time stop, but i thought it looked better without it, when it resolves no player can play anymore cards and all active showdowns end with units dealing damage to each other.

Timelines is an effect for all players, there can only be 1 active timeline, the rest will lie in a stack underneath it.

Every other person i met i destroyed their whole board in 4 seconds and blasted them down with about 10k damage every second after that, but my experimental garage decided i should lose :/

All the art except Ryze, Beyond is from LoR. This migt be too strong or require too much shuffling to be fun, but i liked playing it on LoR. I will test it against my friends this weekend when we play and maybe balance it a bit. If you have an idea for a yellow world rune please let me know because i want to do a rune for each color even though there are only 5 world runes.
