They call this “Project Fox Planet”, a thing someone is making combining Star Fox Adventures with Dinosaur planet, in something I don’t know what exactly it is but I’m very excited for some reason.
Ok this one is a weird one so bear with me, some are alternate cutscenes and even ones during the showcasing of the game and beta from 2001.
I still think this is the funniest song in the game that randomly gets stuck in my head. Anyone else?
Another way to save Krystal? Also the prop didn’t load hence the weird cube.
Keep in mind these were found in the games files, discovered 4 years ago. Some are glitchy or don’t have sound because these were unfinished stuff. A scrapped scorpion boss and more!
I will post more scrapped stuff later a lot of it is scattered and updated and even fixed but there isn’t any confirmed updates on when they do this.
So I was bored one day and did some digging. I can’t believe what I found! There is actually a ton of cut content for the game that was found just 3 years ago. It turns out even Krystal had death animations and bonus scrapped cutscenes. (I wish they kept her). These are just a fraction of the goods!
These I have always had in my head that I think need fixing.
In the beginning of the game where Krystal is riding a cloud runner. The staff falls out of her hands and you shoot fireballs at the airship. Is it the cloud runner that has magic or is that her? How does that work?
When fox finds the staff at the beginning of the game, the floating head of Krystal talking to him, does Fox hear all of that? Or is that for the player? Either way it’s weird.
How does fox know how to use the staff off the bat? This being my biggest one because if they remake it, Fix this! It would make since for Fox to use the blaster and Krystal using the staff therefore the logic isn’t broken.
When Krystal got trapped in the floating Crystal, was she instantly passing out? Dying slowly? If so how was Krystal able to call for help nearby (a huge distance might I add) that she is dying in that one cutscene?
I don’t expect expert answers by the way.
So long ago I was huge Krystal Fan and I found a fan website of her and started fox in general. It was way back in the mid 2000s and the site still runs today. The site is mainly for Krystal fans and you will find the Saurian Translator and even scrapped goods from the games. It’s operated by a guy named “Mr. Krystal” but I don’t know if he is there anymore.
