Bring Back Krystal Campaign Twitter Account

I don't think anyone has shared this here, but a while ago someone made a Bring Back Krystal account on Twitter to help raise awareness of her! You guys should check it out!

Also I have no relation to it or the creator of it, I just wanted to help spread the word.

Star Fox "performed steadily" per the Consolidated Financial Highlights

https://www.nintendo.co.jp/ir/pdf/2026/260806e.pdf

"Looking at Nintendo Switch 2 software, titles such as Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, released in May, and Star Fox, released in June, performed steadily, and Pokémon Pokopia, released in the previous fiscal year (see note), also sold well, with the result that Nintendo Switch 2 software sales totaled 9.46 million units."

Remember that Star Fox was only on the market five days before the cut-off for the financial report that just came out. It not hitting one million in those five days, though not ideal, is not the end of the world.

Regarding the Financial Report Tomorrow

So tomorrow is August 6th, which is when Nintendo will have a financial report from March-June 2026, meaning we're going to see official sales numbers for SF26.

This will be the defining moment as to whether or not Star Fox will finally move on from the Lylat Wars and will increase Krystal's chance of returning. I'm confident it will sell well though you never know.

One thing that we should expect if it does sell well is the fact that Krystal's haters will weaponize it as "evidence" she's what caused the series to decline, even though that isn't true. So brace for that.

Other than that we're one step closer to finally seeing Krystal return to Star Fox, whether it will be in the rumored adventure game, a rail shooter, or something else I'm eager to see her triumphant return. What do you guys think?

EDIT: Since SF26 had a few days of marketing before the cut-off it may not appear, but don't be discouraged! There's also a financial report happening in November, and it will certainly appear on that one!

Account feeds on mobile not showing people's reposts

I'm not sure how to describe this, but for some reason on the mobile app when I visit people's account the feed isn't up to date with what they reposted, and in some cases I can't see new posts. I'm using Android and I cleared the cache and force stopped but neither of those helped, is anyone else having this issue?

Star Fox's Biggest Test Is Almost Here...

So August 6th is where we'll finally see sales numbers. There's also a November financial report that's going to come, though I think it'll do just fine in the August report.

Miyamoto confirms that Star Fox 2026 was created because of Fox showing up in the Super Mario Galaxy.

https://nintendoeverything.com/miyamoto-on-how-nintendo-chooses-which-games-to-release-confirms-star-fox-and-yoshi-games-happened-because-of-the-super-mario-galaxy-movie/

>“I don’t decide everything about the lineup, but we did discuss that ‘we have an idea to include Fox in the script for the movie (‘The Super Mario Galaxy Movie’), so we definitely want a new Star Fox game.’
Sometimes things get decided after we’ve discussed them. We started working on the first Mario movie (The Super Mario Bros. Movie) and Princess Peach Showtime around the same time, and we talked about things like, ‘If we have this game, shouldn’t Peach be more energetic in the movie too?’ It was decided early on that Yoshi would appear in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, so we decided to make a Yoshi game, and that’s how development of Yoshi and the Mysterious Book began.
It’s a case-by-case situation, but I think we’ll continue to maintain a good relationship between games and other developments.”

Well there ya have it, folks.

Honestly, it's not so surprising and might at least be a factor into why they went the quick 1:1 remake route. I guess one thing that's pretty odd is Liam Robertson claiming that he knew about the Star Fox remake since 2022, which was before the first SMB movie even came out, so hmm..

Star Fox Creator Wants Star Fox Adventures On Nintendo Switch 2

I came across this last night. I think it's exciting that Imamura wants Adventures to get more attention, maybe we'll get it on NSO next year for its 25th anniversary.
