Lisa Demuth Loyalties? MN GOP Gubernatorial Candidate

Note: this is a repost. I deleted the original as I couldn't figure out how to update the main subject line.

It has been reported WI billionaire couple, Richard and Elizabeth Uihlein, donated $3,000,000 to the Lisa Demuth campaign. This far-right couple is among the top 5 megadonors in the country. $3,000,000 is 13x what Demuth raised on her own in 2026.

While I'm glad she defeated the My Pillow doofus, it makes me wonder where her loyalties lie. Here's my guess:

  1. Trump
  2. GOP (I know, one could argue this is a repeat of #1)
  3. Donors
  4. Herself
  5. MN residents
  6. ?

Demuth The Dodger

Simple question from Jason Derusha on WCCO AM at the State Fair to Lisa Demuth, Republican candidate for Minnesota Governor.

What a sickening non-answer.

If you won't defend our state's law enforcement and legal system and therefore accept that people should get a "get out of jail card" based on politics and ignore justice, you don't deserve to take an oath to our constitution as governor. Disqualified.

Is anyone making a list of the State Fair vendors displaying the old state flag?

Looking to add to my boycott list.

  1. Mancini's
  2. Anchor Coffee
  3. ?

Edit:
For those of you who apparently have had your heads in the sand, an explanation:

The old state flag
A poem written to explain the seal's design, written by the designer's wife:
Give way, give way, young warrior,
Thou and thy steed give way;
Rest not, though lingers on the hills
The red sun’s parting ray.
The rock bluff and prairie land
The white man claims them now.

The new state flag
You can think it's ugly, that's fine. Just don't fly it. But the people most violently opposed to the new flag are out-and-out racists who claim the flag is based on the Somali flag, and thus, apparently, evil.

Not flying any flag is fine. Flying the old flag is exactly the same as flying a Confederate flag: it means you are pro-racism.

Edit 2:
If some of you disagreed with me, you could've scrolled right past, but instead you chose to take a minute out of your life to defend racism. Interesting life choice.

Minnesota is not to be fucked with. We have heroes over here, Nazis aren't welcome

Nazis are 0/2 in Minnesota. Jake Lang should go back to the pedo hole he crawled out of.

Jake Lang booked into jail... again

If you're out of the loop: pardoned J6 rioter Edward Jacob Lang held a 'protest' at MPLS city hall today, where he originally planned to just yell the N-word a bunch of times, or something. Naturally, the locals didn't like that.

He was chased out of downtown (again) and picked up either at Washington Avenue or near MOA, (it's unclear) and he and his associates were all arrested on probable cause of riot, per MPD.

Among those arrested on riot charges this afternoon are:

  • Edward Jacob Lang, 31 of Florida
    • Pardoned J6 rioter
    • Pulled a similar stunt at city hall this past winter wherein he was going to burn a Quran. Was chased out of town.
    • Arrested and charged for knocking over a "PROSECUTE ICE" sculpture at the state capitol. Trial is set for October.
    • Due to appear in court in DC on September 2 for probation violation, faces 180 days in jail if found.
  • Jayden Scott, 23 of Michigan
    • Has had bench warrants out of Michigan for missing court and travelling to Minnesota during Metro Surge
    • Also post a video online appearing to threaten Andrew Mercado, local independent journalist
    • Was detained at Whipple by federal agents in January after 'instigating violence,' per Unicorn Riot
  • Matthew Norby, 37 of Minnesota
    • Charged in 2025 after allegedly destroying an Easter display on MN Capitol Grounds
  • Matthew Oduguwa, 31 of Minnesota
  • John Irwin, 32 of Michigan
  • Stephen Major, 42 of Minnesota
    • Multiple disorderly conduct priors
  • Charles Miles Jr., 73 of Michigan
  • Eric Dawson, 53 of Minnesota

Arrestees will likely remain in custody until at least Monday, when they will be seen by a judge to determine bail.

All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

A Minneapolis church asks judge to hold Homeland Security in contempt

A Minneapolis church is asking a federal judge to hold the Department of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in contempt after it discovered the agency had infiltrated it as part of an effort to investigate alleged violence against federal immigration agents — despite a court order forbidding the feds from conducting immigration enforcement operations on church property.

The motion, filed in federal court in Massachusetts Thursday by a national coalition of churches on behalf of Minneapolis’ University Baptist Church, comes after HSI’s surveillance and undercover operations were revealed to be part of an ongoing federal case against protesters accused of being “Antifa.” The filing argues HSI’s activities violated an injunction put in place last year barring immigration enforcement activities on or near church premises.

University of Minnesota area thief caught stealing women's underwear

Convicted predatory offender and general multi-time felon Jacob Marshall Stanley, 48, of Oak Grove or Milaca, is in custody and charged with 2nd degree burglary and possession of burglary tools after breaking into a UMN area apartment building at 8xx 15th Ave SE early Sunday morning.

Charges state Stanley was captured on surveillance video stealing packages and going through clothing in the laundry room.

Police arrived and observed Stanley in the building. Stanley was cuffed and searched, during which officers found a knife, meth, and multiple syringes.

Also, inside Stanley's backpack were 39 pairs of men’s and women’s underwear.

Officers reviewed surveillance footage and observed Stanley enter the apartment and walk into the mail room. While in the mail room, he took two small packages and walked to the laundry room.

While in the laundry room, Stanley took multiple clothing items from dryers and baskets. He then used a knife to wedge a door, and he started to change clothing before moving a couch and covering a surveillance camera with clothing.

Stanley then walked to a different area and walked up a flight of stairs with a bike. He leaned the bike against a wall and then exited through an exit door where he was taken into custody. Officers provided Stanley with his Miranda warning and he agreed to speak with officers.

Stanley told officers that he did not live in the apartment and that he moved a small box while in the mail room. He also stated that the bike had been on the steps and that he moved it out of the way.

Finally, Stanley denied stealing any underwear. He stated that he wears women’s underwear.

Later, officers received a voicemail from a tenant of the apartment who said that someone had gone through her, and her boyfriends, clothing. The tenant further stated that all of her underwear had been stolen from a clothing pile. The tenant provided a description for some of her missing clothing items, which matched some of the items recovered from Stanley’s backpack.

Stanley remains in custody on $150,000 bail.

Stanley also has a history of theft and drug convictions.

White MAGAt attempts to vote illegally in Minnesota

CAM HIGBY UNDER LAW ENFORCEMENT REVIEW AFTER MINNESOTA POLLING PLACE STUNT

MAGA fed and Israel crisis actor Cam Higby entered multiple Minneapolis polling places dressed as a Muslim woman, used a fake accent and falsely claimed to be registered under other people’s names while secretly recording poll workers. Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon says workers immediately reported the visits, and Higby left when told he would have to sign a sworn oath. In other words, the safeguards worked.

Minnesota law makes intentionally misrepresenting your identity while applying for a ballot a felony. Law enforcement is now reviewing whether Higby’s conduct crossed that line. His attempt to manufacture a voter-fraud scandal may have placed him in legal jeopardy instead.
