This was an emotional upgrade.

I didn't cut the link because it failed. I cut it because I carried it long enough to deserve something better. (it is sooooo much better)

What I love about OMAD.

I am more intentional about what I eat.

I get to use the fasting window to meticulously plan my next meal, and taking the time to craft one amazing meal each day feels so much more satisfying than scrambling to find something 3 times a day, or spending hours on meal prep just to eat the same boring slop for the next few days.

I am eating more delicious, nutritious, and diverse foods than I ever have before. I can spend more money on quality ingredients and still save compared to fast food meals and processed foods.

My meals are a ritual I put care and attention into now, and I will never go back to my old ways.

Carnivore may or may not be healthy, but I certainly understand the appeal...

Tenderloin seared in peppered bacon grease, basted in kerrygold with rosemary and thyme, eggs fried over easy in the same pan. It tastes far too good to be healthy...
