I got a problem here

I'm having a strange issue in almost every Unreal Engine 5 game and I'm not sure if it's normal or something wrong with my setup.

My PC:

- Ryzen 5 5600

- RX 5700 XT 8GB

- 16GB RAM

The problems I notice are:

- Lots of shimmering/noise on edges and distant objects.

- Lighting seems unstable and sometimes flickers.

- Textures in the distance look blurry or low quality until I get much closer.

- The overall image doesn't look as sharp as I expect, even with high settings.

I've noticed similar behavior in multiple UE5 games, not just one specific title.

Is this simply how UE5 looks because of TSR/Lumen/Virtual Shadow Maps, or could there be something wrong with my GPU settings, drivers, or hardware?

I've attached a screenshot for reference. Has anyone else experienced this?
