We tried making stir fried chicken thinking it’d be “quick and simple” but there was a little more to it. I now understand why people get obsessed with stir fry.
The weird part is. It’s not even complicated food. Just chicken, heat, and a few ingredients doing something fantastic together.
Pulled chicken. Can’t go wrong with some chicken breasts cooking away in a Dutch oven.

Vegetable oil
Maas BBQ Austin Groove Seasoning
Instructions:
Take the stems off the mushrooms
Wash the mushrooms
Season the mushrooms
Spray the mushrooms with a little vegetable oil
Season the mushrooms
Bake in the air fryer at 300 for 20 min.
