Mask and trash bags, my 2 favorite things!

I never thought I would reach the mental age where trash bags are awesome but here I am. 0etv too!

I love the masks from Jayjun for a looooooong time. Funny story: I got their serum and emulsion a while back and completely thought it was a new brand. Until I was shopping in a kbeauty store and was like...this looks familiar. I had been using their masks since high school, like 8 years. Somehow couldn't recognize the name and logo in different color.

Tiramisu...made with ice cream

Listen...I got all the ingredients for a classic tiramisu: Lady fingers, Espresso, Eggs, mascarpone. I was going to use the heating pasteurization, but it's 90 degrees and I don't want to stand near a fire (and like 20 other reasons). I had been stalling for a week and I really want some tiramisu. So, I came up with the brilliant idea that I got vanilla ice cream!!! It has egg yolks, vanilla, cream all mixed in already!!!

I took 1/2 cup ice cream and let it sit while I made my double shot espresso. Let the coffee cool while mixing the ice cream with 5-6oz of mascarpone and sugar until smooth. While assembly, I was a skeptical, as the cream was a bit runny. But somehow at the last layer, the cream seems to firmed up. Now it's in the fridge and I am scared.

Now I am checking the internet for similar recipes and all I found is ice cream cake. I hope it turns out okay. If not, into the freezer for ice cream tiramisu lol.

EDIT: IT CAME OUT GREAT!!! Tastes so good, took less than 15 minutes to make. Super creamy. It is a tiny bit lighter in taste compare to egg yolk versions, but solid 9/10!

Really bad cramps if I have anything cold before period

I'd always been told to not have cold things or any "cold-inducing" (according to my culture) before or during period. I've never listened during the summer and I was fine in my younger years with no cramps whatsoever. It was a thing to have ice cream during period according to rom coms too.

Then I'm older and my god if I dare have an ice cream before my period. The 2nd day of my period I get the worst cramps. It's not stabbing painful, but a dull, pulsating cramp, constantly. It's like I did a million curl ups using only my uterus.

Thankfully, it only last that day and the rest of the cycle I am perfectly fine. But the ache was unbearable and makes me cry. I finally understood people who constantly have chronic pain. Anyone else?

The choice is difficult

I didn't want kids because I am terrified of the pain. Also that I grew up really really poor and I don't want any children going through the anxiety I did. Then as I get slightly older, met my partner, and the idea of having a kid crept up. I like the idea of having a family where a little one is involved. I want to feel the joy of raising a young one with my loved one. I want to be the awesome mom and the best grandma.

Then the fear of pain came back up. And that if I have kids, my financial circumstances will change for the worst. I also have the irrational fear of miscarriages.

As of now, we are working hard to gain financial independence and hopefully good financial will make the decision easier.

Buttery Hair? Cola Hair? Yes please!

Smelling like buttered popcorn and cola and cinnamon doesn't sound half bad at all. I really hope it's not those artificial give a headache scent. I need to smell exactly like the movie theaters.

Honestly, I just want to show off my rice cooker. I had been putting off buying once since moving because I swear I can get a rice cooker from vine. After 1 year of stove top rice, I FINALLY scored a rice cooker. AND it's the perfect small size I needed.

I saw a few Dr. Althea in AI

I've read they aren't really liked in Korea. Anyone tried them before? The description is like everything I need rn for my skin, so hopeful for it.

Drops had been really good the past 2 days and a very friendly time that I'm awake for! Spice is stocked for the next year.

The sadness

What’s worse than slow fingers? Fast fingers finally landing something exciting…only for it to be undeliverable.
