Surveillance

Hi, newish hire here! I’ve been curious and a bit paranoid (not because I’m doing anything, lol, it’s just kind of my default) about time logging stuff. I’ve heard both sides of the spectrum: Epic is big brother and there are always cameras/ you’re always being monitored, as well as Epic doesn’t care to check at all and you can just log extra half hours of teams/email if you have a slow day. So, here are my burning questions:

Do they have you add your license plate to your Guru profile so they can track when you come in/leave using cameras in the parking garages?

Additionally, is the time spent on your laptop tracked to see when and for how long you log in/ use it per day?

Do they care to/ can they verify what you’re logging time for by monitoring your laptop somehow? (Like a screen time breakdown)? Someone mentioned that this only ever happens really if you hit a certain threshold, like reddit for 6 hours at work

Any other info you have about stuff like this is appreciated too!! Thanks :)

roku and tv volume?

please help i am not tv savvy! i just got this LG UHDTV4k on marketplace, and it came absolutely barebones- no remote, no cables, literally just the power cord. i connected a roku box from a projector that just died (hence the new tv) and roku is working, but not the volume. the tv is silent. i cant connect a bluetooth speaker bc i can only actually access the roku menu (no remote), and the roku remote doesnt change the volume. also “tapping” the power button on the bottom does not do anything except turn the tv off. ALSO tried the lg remote app BUT the tv itself isn’t connected to wifi, just roku, so it doesn’t let me do anything :( this is my only issue- i don’t care about cable tv or other inputs, here are some solutions i researched but am not sure about:

get an lg remote (just for the volume buttons? is it guaranteed to work?)

RCA cables? (do tvs need this to play sound? also, what do you plug the non-tv side into?)

please let me know any ideas you have, tysm!!

Projector lenses (pls help)

My projector fell last night and the lenses all came out. Looked for help on here and know the order the lenses are supposed to go in, but still can’t figure out the black pieces. The middle double concave piece is the issue. Pls help!! It’s an RCA Home Theater Projector with Bluetooth (RPJ133-B)
