One of the only examples of a true Fixer, like Don quixotes ideal image of a fixer. I'm also surprised that basically nobody got that this was a DD reference back in Canto 6.

We know the version we fought was just a figment created from the Distortion peering into Kim's mind, and way weaker than the real thing.

1. You don't turn into a specialized Abnormality or anything, in fact it's not really a transformation, it's someone's very foundation and their sense of self being dissolved and destroyed. The abnormality pretty much uses their body as a gateway butchering the person from the inside out.
2. A new Abnormality can't be spawned from this as it goes against the core of the concept of fully losing your self for the final time, something that merely resembles what the collective unconscious of humanity would think of you rips it's way out your body instead. This could be used to introduce a new Abnormality but not actually create a new one, that's only possible with Cogito.
3. It being influenced by the duration of time said Distortion has existed for is very questionable, people like Rim, the Reverb Ensemble and some examples from DD have existed as Distortions for months, maybe years without any signs of turning into abnos. The statement Hohenheim gave for every distortion eventually turning into an abno hasn't been elaborated on at all so i can't talk about it, but he's probably talking about how eventually given enough time some event will happen that'll further shatter their sense of self and world view that'll finally push them into it, like what happed to Jumsoon.
