Any idea why the top solar panels won't print? It says missing block but the top of the drone prints so it shouldn't be lack of clearance.

Any idea why the top solar panels won't print? It says missing block but the top of the drone prints so it shouldn't be lack of clearance.

I'm setting up my first drone printing bay, and the top solar panels refuse to print.

The rest of the drone prints fine, it should have multiple blocks to anchor to.

For some reason even if I turn off the welders I can't use my hand tools to select the missing panels, all I can do is cut the anchor block and unlock the connector and fly it out and manually place them.

Issue with the Android version unintentionally selecting and deleting text beyond the screen

A few times now while using the android app, I've been trying to select a line, usually to move it to a different section of the same note, and later I realize I lost everything prior to that line.

I just had to dig through the version history again to recover around 1700 words that had gone poof after it somehow selected everything above the line I was trying to select. It had been almost 40 minutes of additional work before I tried to scroll up and realized it happened.

Has anyone else experienced this?

This should work for interchangable tool heads, right?

I've been trying to make detachable tool heads so that I can swap them out using this tool caddy, but it seems like I have to grind down the front of the cockpit in order for the merge blocks to separate

Tool suggestion: Handheld magnet.

On ships we have the Landing Gear which can be used to grab onto stuff, but has there ever been any thought for a handheld tool to grab things?

As it is now in microgravity even bumping something very lightly sends it drifting away, but I'm thinking of a handheld tool where you attach yourself to it and can then either move it around or just use your jetpack to counter out the movement and stabilize it again. Bump a thing and grab it and hold on for a few seconds until it stops moving. Or grab a thing and move it into position, which could make strategies like merge blocks easier to handle since you could do something like grab a thruster module and move it into position to merge onto your ship.

I may not be a master of motion but I know a forklift when I see one

So I'm working on the Learning To Survive scenario, and the drone killed me, so as one does I decided to make a new forklift to build an entire battleship to obliterate the drone with overwhelming firepower.

Because I live dangerously I decided to make left, bottom, and right, protective panels since this forklift is going to be banging around tight quarters.

I gave it a front piston and gear because every good forklift needs to carry stuff , as well as front and rear cameras to remote control it.

It still has some issues to work out, because it sure does jump around when I retract the panels.

One of my usual goals is to try to make sure that my builds are serviceable, without needing to dig through a bunch of components to reach something that might need to be fixed or replaced.

I kind of want to see if I can figure out how to swap the tool heads for drills, to switch from welding and grinding to mining.

Dead black cat found in front of 10330 116street

All black short fur, no other markings, no collar I can see. Doesn't look like a stray, it's healthy and well groomed. Appears to have been hit by a car in the last few hours.

I have pictures, but it was hit by a car, so I'm not going to post those unless requested.

It is at the road side by 10330 116 street, beside that new big white Leston apartment.

Edit: The 311 ticket is closed and the cat's gone.

Gotta have those lateral thrusters or you'll fall out of the sky when you turn too sharply.

Published on the workshop. It's got a loft space above the controls, which has plenty of space for more upgrades.

It needs a hinge for the rear bay door.

I really hope they eventually add a sloped door/entry. It's one of the limiting factors on really creative designs.

The other is how six axis thrust is mandatory. It just doesn't look right with horizontal thrusters.

Eventually I might turn this design into a boat.
