So I had a setup with my ISP of 1 gig internet in 2022. They provided two eero pro 6s. I ended up adding an eero 6 extender on my own since it was cheap on prime day so I can get decent speeds in my living room. I upgraded to a 2 gig speed plan because it was cheaper than the 1 gig plan when I looked yesterday so they came out today and swapped my eero pro 6s for eero pro 7s which is great. However, I read that if I reconnect my eero 6 extender it will nuke the performance of my eero pro 7s. Is this true? Do I really need to get an eero 7 to use as an extender?

For reference, with the two eero pro 7s without the extender added, I get 1.5G down near the modem (second floor). 260 or so in the basement with the second eero pro 7. But without an extender, I’m only getting 145 down on the living room. With the eero 6 extender on my old setup I was getting 350 down in the living room which still isn’t great but it was tolerable.

So I’ve been playing FFX since launch on and off. I’ve played through the early part of the game up to Sinspawn Gui probably 8 times but usually get stuck somewhere and give up.

I got the switch 2 edition of the game with the essentially cheat options. Since I’ve played through the early sections of the game so many times, I turned encounters off and had supercharge and turbo on. I got to the Crawler and actually lost with all of that stuff on. I finally beat it but I checked my S Levels on everyone and they’re very low. 25 is my highest level. Is it going to be basically impossible to move further in the story without grinding it out with frequent encounters to make up for the encounters I missed out on?

Edit: I’ve been using the sphere grid but don’t have a ton of ability spheres but lots of other ones. lol I guess all I need to do is get more ability spheres

Do the people on the Series watches have to carefully select their watch faces to conserve battery? I've only had Series watches and certain watch faces would just kill battery and have me at 13% by end of day. Especially ones with the second hand going all the time on my Series 10. I just switched to an Ultra 3 (I know the Ultra 4 is coming in a few weeks lol) and its so nice being able to just have whichever face I want and not have to worry. But is this normal for Series watches or did I just get watches that were battery duds? I'm in my return window and im still on the fence on if the Ultra is worth it. The only reason I spring for it was battery but I'm also liking the flat screen on it. But if I can save money by just going to a Series 11 and be fine with daily charging but be at 30ish percent at end of day I'd be open to it.

For more information, I charged every night before bed so I have a full charge before sleep tracking that night and I'd wake up with anywhere from 83-88%

I personally hate 80% of it.

I know this channel is extremely popular over here. It's usually on for only 3 or 4 weeks and goes away when we all know the Beach Boys channel should be on "All Summer Long". Do we know when this run of the channel is going away? I hope its on until Labor Day

Do you need AirPods beta software too or just the iOS 27 beta? Or is it just not out in beta form yet

I remember last year, there were so many summer mixes and almost every channel was represented by having at least one mix. I checked the mixes today and there's just what feels like a lot less and I believe a few are recycled from last year.

One thing about them last year though was they got rid of them by the second week of June when summer just started which was a bummer

I traded in my iPad Air for a MacBook Neo and I'm loving macOS and having a keyboard but coming from an iPad Air that had P3 color, I'm noticing bright shades of colors look just slightly washed out. I kind of wanted an Air but it's so overpowered for what I do (web browsing, social media, iPhone mirroring, music streaming, emails). I'm guessing there isn't a tweak for this besides returning and paying the extra 400 for the Air? (I got the 512GB version)

Edit: FINE you all got me. I went and swapped out for a MacBook Air M5. Screen is a lot crispier.
