Looking for a trustworthy Nissan 370Z specialist/garage in Dubai

Hey guys, I just bought a 2016 Nissan 370Z with around 190k km and I’m looking for recommendations for a trustworthy garage in Dubai that knows these cars well.

I’m not looking to modify or tune it yet. First I want to get a proper baseline and make sure the car is mechanically solid before I start working on it.

I’d like the garage to do a comprehensive inspection, especially:
Chassis/frame inspection and check for previous accident damage or structural issues
Engine compression test
Full engine and transmission inspection
Suspension, bushings, mounts, brakes, etc.
Check for leaks and anything that should be addressed preventively
The PPI I already did also pointed out a few things I want them to diagnose/fix:
Engine oil + filter change
Coolant is old/rusty, so I want the cooling system properly inspected and flushed
A/C is not working and needs diagnosis
Steering rack has an oil/fluid leak
Basically, I want a shop that can go through the car properly, tell me what actually needs fixing, what can wait, and not just start replacing parts unnecessarily.

I don’t mind paying a fair price for good work, but I’d like to avoid overpriced garages or places that just throw parts at problems.

Any recommendations from 370Z/G37/VQ owners? If you’ve used the garage yourself, I’d also appreciate knowing roughly what you paid and what work they did.

Thanks!

Is this normal process to sell the car?

I’m selling my car to a big dealer (i dont wanna say their name just in case) and they explained the process like this:

I sign an agreement first
Then apply for a liability letter under their company name
I share a photo of a security deposit cheque with them
cheque must be undated
cheque would be issued to their company name
If my outstanding loan is higher than the car value, I must pay the difference amount to them
After that, they will use a manager’s cheque to clear my bank loan
Once the loan is cleared, bank + RTA issue clearance and ownership transfer happens

What feels unusual to me:

They are asking for a security deposit cheque with 110% value of the car
The cheque is undated and in their company name before loan is cleared
I still have possession of the car during this process
They say they will handle the final settlement using a manager’s cheque within 24 - 48 hours
Also that im paying the difference to them, is this normal practice or im being too paranoid?

Advice needed in ftype

So i currently live in dubai and im seeing that there are 2015-2016 ftype that are pretty reasonable in price, my question is does the maintenance cost in these overpowers the price of the car itself? Im checking the v6 btw, im concern that since im not in europe it can be way higher, anyone with previous experience, thanks!
