I would die without my yogurt bowl. The base is extra drained Greek yogurt (basically cement texture), some pb powder for nutty taste and extra texture and way too much cinamon. Toppings are usually some combo of stewed apples or peaches, cereal, fresh berries, pumpkin seeds, toasted nuts, nut butter or raisins :) ALSO DONT FORGOT A SALT. Sm salt on top, I do course. Trust me with this one guys
