honestly im tired of trying so many actives and products and im thinking of using only cleanser , moisturiser, and sunscreen. i have hyperpigmentation and some light acne , can using no actives heal it?

for context, my skin barrier is healing and im thinking of using reedle shot to boost the absorption of my ceramide moisturiser. is that okay? or will it be too harsh

long story short, fried my skin barrier with overuse of actives and ruined my face ( skin was literally BURNT ) healed it, used actives again and damaged skin barrier AGAIN. this repeated like 3 times in total and now i cut off actives for good and just been spamming illyoon ceramide gel and corsx propolis toner , i haven’t been using a cleanser due to concerns of irritation and now there’s congestion in my skin. i stopped tret and won’t be starting until my barrier is fully healed so are there any other ways to get rid of congestion ?
