Can I still gain muscle/size in my arms with severe upper-limb muscle atrophy?

I’m 19 years old, around 181–182 cm (5’11”) and 48–50 kg (106–110 lbs).
I have severe muscle atrophy in my upper limbs due to a congenital spinal cord condition, with significant weakness and reduced muscle function in my arms. I also have secondary syringomyelia. My lower limbs are relatively spared.
My arms are very thin, and I’d like to know whether it is realistically possible for me to increase their size or gain some muscle mass despite the severe atrophy.
I’m not looking for a diagnosis or asking anyone to replace my doctor. I’m mainly interested in hearing from people with similar neurological conditions or upper-limb muscle atrophy.
Has anyone in a similar situation been able to increase the size or muscle mass of their arms? If so, what kind of adapted exercise, physiotherapy, nutrition, or other approach helped you?
My goal isn’t necessarily to regain normal muscle function. I’d simply like to know whether gaining some muscle or volume is realistically possible in my situation.

67 GB of system data on the iPhone 16—is that normal? I’m thinking about resetting it.

Hello, everyone,

I have a 128 GB iPhone 16 that I bought in October 2025, and I’m having a major storage problem.
Here’s how my storage is broken down:
System data: 67 GB
iOS: 22 GB
Photos: about 12 GB
42 installed apps, only 7 or 8 of which are larger than 1 GB.
Because of this, I have almost no free space left. I can’t even install iOS updates anymore, and my 5 GB of iCloud storage is full, so I can’t back up my data.
Here’s my plan:
temporarily upgrade to the 50 GB iCloud plan;
perform a full backup of my iPhone;
verify that the backup is complete;
completely reset the iPhone;
restore from the backup.
What worries me most are my photos, since they’re currently only on my iPhone and I definitely don’t want to lose them.
So I have a few questions:
Have you ever seen 67 GB of system data before, or is that clearly abnormal?
Has a reset ever fixed this problem for any of you?
If I do a full iCloud backup before the reset, will I be able to recover all my photos, notes, messages, and other data during the restore?
Is there anything else I should check before performing the reset?
Thanks in advance to everyone for your advice!

Hi,

I accidentally removed admin rights from my account on a Windows laptop.

Now I only have a standard account and cannot access system settings.

There are other user profiles on the PC (visible in system tools and C:\Users) but they don’t appear on the login screen.

What is the safest way to regain administrator access?
